Well look no further, because a state-of-the-art manufacturer is seeking to increase its dynamic workforce by adding a Sales Controller!

The Sales Controller will play a key role in the continued development of deliverables including reporting, budgeting and planning process by partnership with the business leaders across the company. Ensure that sales operations adhere to financial, legal requirements and practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and support existing Retail Comptroller on overall company strategy and engagement
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare Monthly Financial Performance (Excel) Volume, Revenue, Margin including explanation of outliers and overall performance
  • Provide Pricing Guidance to all new AFH business proposals
  • Oversee and Manage all AFH Promotional and Discount Agreements
  • Provide New Product Development Financial approval for all AFH new items
  • Create automated Away from Home Discount, Promotional, and Pricing Agreement system
  • Oversee and maintain AFH pricing guidance tool for Sales team
  • Oversee Contract pricing, programs and agreements for financial accuracy
  • Maintain approved customer agreements, pricing, accruals for AFH

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
  • 2 years’ experience in similar role managing pricing, and sales financial performance preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - must be high level user including Macros and other features
  • Strong presentation and networking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Focused – must see themselves as part of the team and desire to team success
  • Financial Acumen – must understand Profit & Loss and general financial statements
  • Flexibility – must be able to work in a fluid environment with short lead times and limited structure
  • Self-Starter – must be able to work in an independent nature to support a remote Sales organization
